Job Description:
Working on End to End recruitment process.
Sourcing candidates through various sources, job portals, social network and head hunting.
Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites.
Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /shortlisting the right profile against the given requirement.
Schedule interviews with different levels / clients and follow up for the feedbacks.
Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board.

Skills:
Good Communication skills- both verbal and written.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients.
Must be able to work in a team.
