Interview Process:
· Online Test (Calibro).
· Technical interview/ HR interview.
 
Payment:
· No Salary During Training( 3 Months).
· Rs 7,500/- PM from 4th Month till one year.
· Company will pay Rs 2500/-PM *24 months (Rs 60,000) as Loyalty Bonus will be paid after 24 months of binding period.
 
Terms:
· Should carry 10th, 12th and B TECH / DEGREE or MCA Original certificates (Mandatory) for interview and should submit if selected.
· 24 months of binding agreement (including 3 months of training).
· Binding of Certificates.
· Appointment Letter and Binding agreement effect from 1st day it self.
· Your first performance evaluation would be after 12 months from the day you complete your successful training. All good performers would be entitled for salary revision and/or designation change.
