Job Description:
• Monitoring the required number of calls/ Emails and giving accurate feedback to the agents.
• Initiate and Implement key initiatives for process improvement.
• Constant updation of call center core processes.
• Understand customer expectations recommend and build in the required changes into the processes.
• Monitor reports and analyze trends to improve call Quality.
• Collecting data and creating reports that would provide Daily operational feedback to the client on the operations.
• To actively participate in the call calibrations.
• To take calls as per the business requirements.
• Highly Process Oriented.
• Goal Oriented.
