Job Description:

1. For Trainee – Technical Recruiter

Dynamic, responsive communicator with excellent written, verbal & presentation skills.
Sourcing through database, networking and Internet job portals like Dice, Monster & Career Builder.
Responsible for screening candidates to ensure meet open positions.
Negotiating & finalizing salary, pay rate.
Ability to work under pressure and to achieve / set goals and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Self-disciplined with a positive attitude.

2. For Trainee – Training & Development

Assisting Managers in Identifying, Scheduling, Conducting Training.
Acting according to guidance of the Team Manager.
