Position Overview: The content template team consists of a unique mix of high performing tax, IT and accounting professionals who work with a range of high-profile clients, including a number of ASX listed companies, large multinationals, emerging businesses, trusts and partnerships.
Standard templates are developed by Thomson Reuters and sold to clients as part of the standard Power Tax and OCT product. The standard templates which are currently developed and managed by the content template team include:
- AU Single company working papers (PT and OCT)
- AU Consolidated company working papers (PT and OCT)
- AU Consolidated tax provision working papers (PT)
- AU Forms (PT and OCT)
- NZ Single company working papers (PT and OCT)
- NZ Consolidated company working papers (PT and OCT)
- NZ Consolidated tax provision working papers (PT)
- NZ Forms (PT)
- Standard trust working papers
- Managed funds working papers.
Each year we have 2 -3 major releases of each of the templates, in 2 different software platforms.
The position we are recruiting for will be involved in the following activities:
- Manual testing
- Maintain and update test case documentation
- Involvement in set up and maintenance of automated testing
- PDF development of tax office forms
- Ad-hoc development tasks Essential Responsibilities:
- Perform Manual Testing of templates and report to stakeholders
- Maintain and update test case documentation
- Develop Automation on repeated tasks wherever applicable using any of the available tools
- PDF development of tax office forms
- Ad-hoc development tasks
- Good Understanding on Quality Center
- Sound knowledge on Software Testing.
- Excellent communication skills and a good team player
- Excellent technical problem solving skills PREFERRED Skills and ExperienceExperience with any automation tool will be an advantage.

Qualifications
