Job Description :
# SenecaGlobal is looking for dynamic Microsoft and Java trained professionals for product development services.
# Candidates should have trained on the technical skills and should have hands on practical training.
# The recruitment process includes computer logical test (algorithms and data structures) and technical question
paper. The selected candidates will undergo a program evaluation round where they will be expected to write a short
program or develop a prototype. Should have strong knowledge on OOAD/OOPs programming and implementation.
Eligibility :
# Education: Graduation in Engineering or Computer Science or Maths or MCA or MSc in computer science or allied
branches. Good academic record with first class (minimum 65% or equivalent performance) and qualified (passed) in
2012 or later.
# Communication : Proficient in communication in English
# Attitude : Proactive and goal oriented achiever, disciplined team player, self-directed learner;
For Microsoft Technologies :
Training/Prior Experience :
# Trained on C#, ASP.NET, Microsoft Technologies.
# Certification in (preferably): # Course 40372A: Microsoft .NET Fundamentals: MTA Exam 98-372 # Course 40363A: Web Development Fundamentals: MTA Exam 98-363 # Course 40375A: HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals: MTA Exam 98-375 (Optional)
For Java Technologies :
Training/Prior Experience :
# Trained on Java, OOPs and Data Structures.
# The 6 to 12 months hands on training is a must.
# Candidates will be evaluated on the analytical, problem solving, communication and coding skills
Selection :
# Applications of candidates will be screened and suitable candidates will have to undergo the hiring process.
# Final selection of candidates will be based on qualifications, prior experience (if any), and performance in test and behavioral assessment.
