1. Should have over 10 to 12 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring, Webservices and SOA
2. Should have hands on end to end experience in architecting and designing medium to complex systems integration projects.
3. Should have experience and strong knowledge in design patterns
4. Should have experience and willingness to mentor technical teams
5. Should be willing/have experience in participating in rootcause analysis, improvement planning and solution development for post-production issues
6. Should have good communication and presentation skills
7. Preferred experience in architectural frameworks like Zachmann and TOGAF
8, should have experience in proposal development
