Job Responsibilities:
Refresh the Business Objects.
Investigate into the exceptions in reconciliation.
Intimate the Fixed Income back office the action that needs to be taken.
Raise with the Rectool support, any issues pertaining to the reconciliation tool.
Raise JIRAs wherever required.
Follow-up with the parties who are supposed to take actions.
Reply to queries raised by the Finance departments of sites Organise periodic meetings with the various stake-holders Maintain pending JIRA status Prepare periodic statistics.
Work Experience:
Fresh B.com graduate candidate with knowledge in the Capital Market/Investment Banking Operations with good communication and excel skills.
Product knowledge of Equities, Fixed Income and Derivatives would be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Pro-active in rearranging his/her priorities and resolving issues where requested.
